FocusCura provides its services and products primarily to healthcare institutions. The new strategy is also to supply the product directly to the patients and clients. This new business model requires a strict organization of the process, from customer acquisition to invoicing. FocusCura utilized Salesforce for the sales and service process to their “business” and “consumer” customers.
