Your role
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be fully responsible for new business: attracting new customers for our Salesforce Insight Check Tooling. You know how to stimulate organizations with the right questions and show them how they can structurally improve their Salesforce environment.
Targets and clear goals give you energy. You work full-time, but with a lot of freedom in how you organize your work week. Results are what count.
What are you going to do?
- Actively generating new business at organizations that use Salesforce.
- Selling our Salesforce Insight Check Tooling as a starting point for optimization.
- Approaching prospects through cold acquisition, inbound leads, and your own network.
- Conducting discovery calls and demos together with consultants.
- Build, manage, and forecast your new business sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Identifying upsell opportunities for additional services and programs.
What are you bringing?
- You get energy from opening new doors and closing deals. Prospecting doesn't scare you; it motivates you.
- HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working.
- 1–4 years of sales experience in software, IT services, or SaaS.
- Affinity with Salesforce, CRM, and data-driven working.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
- Targets, KPIs, and clear goals motivate you to perform.
- A true hunter mentality: proactive, driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (required).
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands; we do not offer work visas.
